Payments

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’.

My payment transaction failed.

Amount charged to you will be credit in your account in next 7 working days, you may contact us in case of any issues with the transaction number.

How to get refund for order returned back to chicmonk?

After verification of the returned your full amount may be credited to your account in next 7 working days.

Note – Products that are not tampered and in their original packing will be accepted as return. Chicmonk/Iastha has full authority to deny refund/return of any package.

Orders

Where is my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders by the end of next working day. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, Chicmonk/iAastha is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes whatsoever.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. If you have registered, you will be able to view and track the status of your shipment by signing in and selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order Status’. If you are not registered, sign up now so you can track future orders.

Unable to track my order?

If you are unable to track your order by the chicmonk order# on the website, you may contact us with the respective details of your order and your username.

Is my order eligible for return?

All packages in their original packaging that are not tampered and are sealed, would be eligible for return. Chicmonk/Iaastha reserved full right to deny return/refund of packages.

Note – If a tampered package arrives at customer’s door, the customer reserves full authority to accept/reject the collection of the package.

How can I cancel my order?

You may cancel you order any time (before 4PM of the working day) before package is out of delivery. If you are not able to use the website to cancel the order, please mail us at support@chicmonk.com from your registered email id.

What is return policy?

If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order so that we can provide you with the necessary information to return your products.

We only can accept returns of products that have not been tampered with, are sealed and remain in the original packaging, further Chicmonk/iAastha holds full authority to deny returns of the order.

How do i make a purchase?

Add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. In the form please fill your relevant details and checkout by selecting payment option.

if Case On Delivery payment option has been selected you will need you make the payment while receiving your package to the mail man.

if you are paying via Credit/Debit Card or via Internet Banking you will need to fill respective details on payfort page.

All orders on Chicmonk above value of 299 AED are eligible for free delivery.

How to change my shipping address?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. You can change the shipping address of your order any time unless the order has not been dispatched.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours so that you receive your package as soon as posible, you can book particular date for delivery by contact us after placing the order.

What’s the process for International Shipping?

Currently Chicmonk does not offer international shipping. We only ship accross UAE.
